2017 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Francois Chidaine

Famous for his Vouvray and Montluis, Chidaine believes in minimal intervention and biodynamic agriculture. This Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards in the town of Husseau in the appellation Touraine is a great example of his philosophy. Brilliant acidity, a nose of freshly clipped grass, citrus and grapefruit peel and great mineral presence. A typical Loire Valley Sauvignon.

NV Arbois Blanc "Cuvee Sacha" Jacques Puffeney

An blend of approximately 2-1 Chardonnay-Savagnin, Cuvee Sacha is aged oxidatively in foudres.

NV Cremant du Jura Brut Montbourgeau

Nicole Deriaux has a totally natural approach to wine, all is hand-harvested and vinified in the cellar under her family home. Her wines are the best expression of the tiny appellation “L’Etoile”.

2015 Sancerre "L' Enclos des Remparts" Vacheron

Vacheron's rare experimental franc de pied cuvee -- planted on original rootstock in 2008. The wine is outside the village's appelation laws, thus Vin de France, and is officially non-vintage, though the fruit came from the 2015 harvest.
