2011 Vaucluse Rouge Gourt de Mautens Magnum

Domaine Gourt de Mautens produces only 800-1,600 cases of wine annually, unfiltered and unfined, with indigenous yeasts only. It was founded by Jerome Bressy in the Rasteau appellation. After the 2009 vintage he abandoned the appellation since some of the indigenous grapes he has in his vineyard like vaccaresse and picardin were banned. The domaine is certified biodynamic and is commited to preserve native varietals and tradional methods. This wine has great aging potential
