2006 Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos Chateau Dereszla

Chateau Dereszla was founded in the 15th century. After being nationalized during the communist period, the property was privatized in 1991. The D’Aulan family from France took over the Estate in 2000 with the strong belief that a winery in such a historical region was worth being revived again. Aszù grapes are late-harvested and botrytized, so the sugar concentration remains very high. This wine is perfect with strong blue cheeses or dessert, or as an after-dinner drink.

2008 Champagne Brut "Milleseme de Collection" Gimonnet

This is Gimonnet's release for the "Special Club", or Club Tresors de Champagne, a by-invitation association of grower Champagne producers. Members may bottle a special tete de cuvee, once it has passed inspection and judging, in the Club Tresor's distinctive 18th c. reproduction bottle.

2008 Champagne Extra Brut VV "du Levant" Larmandier-Bernier

Blanc de Blancs (Chardonnay) from the Grand Cru Cramant in the Cote des Blancs, vines 50-80 years old. 3-4 years on the lees, very low dosage (2g/l). Disgorged by hand Sep 2016.

2008 Chignin-Bergeron Roussanne Gilles Berlioz

"Domaine Gilles Berlioz is located in Savoie, near the charming village of Chignin. He converted to biodynamics and since then "The soil is more fertile, the roots have penetrated much more deeply and the vines have become stronger and more resistant. The end result of all this is found in the wines I produce!” Bergeron is the local name for the Roussanne grape variety of the Rhone Valley. 2008 Lessona Sperino

Paolo De Marchi is the winemaker and owner of top Chianti Classico estate, Isole e Olena, and he inherited Proprietà Sperino from his grandfather. Since the 1970's, Paolo has dreamed of revitalising the Sperino estate and in the last few years has started doing so, together with his elder son, Luca. Garnet in colour with an expressive, perfumed nose, with aromas of wild berries, violets and a touch of spice and smoke from the oak ageing.
